Multiple Air Wipes for Multi-Line Application

KEIR frequently modifies our patented Frontiersman air wipes for multi-line applications. We will adjust any aspect our air wipe design to provide the best solution available. Our Multi-line air wipe design can be constructed (2) ways. The first is what we have labeled "Gang". Our gang style design (pictured below) takes any number of separately constructed individual air wipe units joined together by (4) steel rods and gives the user the benefit of adjusting the number of units in a bunch or even extending the center-line distance between wires. We construct an air supply manifold with pressure regulator and individual shut-off valves so individual air wipes can be turned off if that position is not working. 

The second option is to make a single complete housing for the designated number of air wipes. Along with this we can make an air supply manifold with regulator same as mentioned above, or we can simply create a single air supply plug-in for the entire unit.

Typically we make our housings of Delrin, but would be glad to quote polypropylene or CPVC for acid or caustic applications. KEIR supplies all fittings and tubing for the installation included in the price.
