Pulleys/Sheaves guide a product within the groove while rotating. Grooves may be “V” shaped “U” shaped or flat bottomed. KEIR often hones the ID to accept a bearing or bushing. On many pulleys we can machine snap-ring grooves to allow for the replacement of bearings.
